Full kitchen with 2 refrigerators (one for food and one for drinks!), washer/dryer, hot tub, foosball table, chess table, backyard playground (available in Summer months), plenty of ski/board storage, ample parking for multiple vehicles and even ATV trailers or RVs! Conveniently located 10 minutes to downtown Breckenridge and gondola parking. Enjoy the Colorado sunshine (even in winter) on the cabin's wrap-around porch as well as the picturesque back deck. Summary: Amazing location, in walking distance to hiking. My family loved the hot tub and we all had plenty of space. The kitchen was not very clean though, but other than that, we had a nice stay.

Summary: My husband and I are horrible vacation planners but managed to snag this property at the very last minute! We booked it on a Saturday and arrived on the following Tuesday and everything was perfect when we arrived. The home is beautiful, the view is spectacular and the host was very easy to communicate with. We loved it and will definitely go back! Thank you!!

Summary: Our stay was absolutely beyond our expectations! The amazing views, proximity to town and skiing, and the privacy are unmatched. The host, Suzanne, went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and had great ideas for ways to make our stay amazing. This house is chocked full of everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

Summary: This was the perfect cabin for our annual ski trip. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed being out from town a bit. It was a simple drive to get into Breck and not too bad to Vail. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Beautiful private home in the mountains. House is located about 10-15 minutes outside of Breckenridge in a community called Blue River. Suzanne was a wonderful host who was easy to communicate with. Only advice is to take Suzanne’s advice about altitude sickness to heart. House is at an elevation of 10,800 feet, and we all felt the altitude on this trip to Breckenridge.
